We recommend booking 4 to 6 weeks in advance, especially for weekend slots. Holiday weekends and peak birthday months book out faster, so the earlier the better.
Yes. You are welcome to bring your own decorations, cake, and food. If you would rather we handle setup or work with our balloon vendor, just let us know in advance and we will coordinate.
Food is not included by default. Most families bring pizza, snacks, and drinks. We can recommend local vendors or coordinate with your caterer if needed.
We host birthdays for kids of all ages. Activities, intensity, and pacing are tailored to the birthday child's age group, so a 5-year-old's party looks very different from a 12-year-old's.
For outdoor parties, we monitor the forecast in the days leading up to the event and coordinate with you on a backup plan, whether that is a covered area, our gym, or a rescheduled date. Outdoor balloon installs include a weather-risk fee for added reinforcement.
Cancellation terms are explained when you book. In general, deposits secure your date and are partially or fully refundable depending on how far in advance you cancel.
